Dr. Richard V. Tucker and Elaine A. Tucker

Dr. R.V. and Mrs. Elaine A. Tucker were residents of a small town in northwest Washington, Ferndale. They were strong believers in, and advocates for, their community, their church, education, the arts, our youth, and those in need. Among other philanthropic endeavors they pursued, they created and funded the Tucker Family Foundation in order to enable long term furtherance of their values. It is the goal of this ongoing family foundation to continue the legacy of Dr. and Mrs. Tucker towards the betterment of those around us via continued support for Education, Arts, Social Services, and Health.
